I have been using Shipman and wright for over 10 years, I've always been surprised with how far they go for their clients. Most of my dealing have been with James Moore and Kim Smith and they have both went way past their duties to ensure I understood the process through every step of the way and with a brain injury it's harder to do then with their normal clients.
